From Gulf fishing trips to Gasparilla, strawberry season, and storm cleanup, these are the most common reasons Tampa Bay renters book a trailer, and the type that fits each job.

• Boats and watercraft. Tow a boat, jet ski, or kayak with a boat or dual-purpose utility trailer. Hillsborough County runs 16 public ramps at $5 a launch, including the 6-lane Gandy ramp, and Fort De Soto has an 800-foot launch with 11 floating docks.
