The trailer was ready in good condition, he was ready at pick up, straps were stowed neatly with great instruction on the rental contract + the use of the trailer. “Jalen is probably the best person to rent from on this App. He is a reasonable and person and understands things don’t always go to plan. My round trip to Yuma took longer than expected and I returned very late at night upon returning the trailer. I felt bad but Jalen didn’t mind coming out to meet me at around midnight and said it was no problem. Jalen was very accommodating he helped out even mounting the hitch and went over everything on the trailer when I picked it up too. I would definitely rent and recommend him in the future. ”

“Fantastic experience renting Charlie's enclosed trailer for a round trip from Virginia to the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix. The trailer, a nearly new 2026 Stallion 8.5' x 24' — was spotless and beautifully built, and it towed rock-steady behind our F‑250 with our 4,300‑lb 1931 Buick inside, even over the mountains. Charlie was communicative and flexible from the very first message: he worked with us on a pickup time that fit our schedule and made sure someone was at the shop to help us hitch up and look everything over. We couldn't recommend Charlie and this trailer more highly, and we'd rent from him again in a heartbeat.”

“Brandon and John were ultra professional from setting up the rental all the way through to accepting the return of their equipment at the end of the rental. I returned on Easter Sunday and they were available to accept the return. The equipment was clean, well equipped with everything one might need to move, well maintained and in excellent working order. I will most definitely seek them out for any future equipment rentals. “Excellent communication and extremely helpful. We had an issue with trailer brakes locking up randomly, isolated it to a wiring fault in the trailer. Mike was not only helping us troubleshoot the issue over the phone, but he was working on plans B *and* C in making sure we would have a trailer for our task, even offering to drive all the way down to southern IL to meet us with a replacement trailer. I cannot speak highly enough about how Mike handled the situation, and showing genuine concern for not only our job but for our wellbeing as well. The trailer appeared well kept and maintained, I cannot fault Mike's maintenance even if we did have a problem. Sometimes things just break and all you can do is manage the situation, and Mike stepped up and knocked it out of the park. I would without hesitation reach out to Mike next time I need a trailer, and I reccomend him to anyone who would listen.”
