If you have a trailer already listed and published on towlos as of the giveaway start date, you're automatically entered and eligible to win. Each existing published trailer counts as one entry, and you can increase your chances by listing additional trailers during the promotional period. Make sure it’s Published by going to Host HQ, My Fleet, and confirming the status is “Published”

Winners are randomly selected from eligible listings after each milestone is reached (using a digital tool like WheelofNames or a Google Sheets script for transparency). You'll be notified via the email address associated with your towlos account. If you don't respond within 4 days, an alternate winner may be selected. We'll also announce winners through social posts and emails to keep the community updated.

Yes, winners remain eligible to win additional prizes in subsequent milestone draws. Each published trailer continues to count as an entry for all tiers, so listing more trailers increases your overall chances across the giveaway.

1. Eligibility

The Towlos Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the continental United States (lower 48 states) who are 18 years of age or older and are registered Towlos users with at least one trailer published and approved on the Towlos platform. Employees of Towlos, its affiliates, advertising partners, and immediate family members are not eligible to win prizes.

2. How to Enter

Participants are automatically entered into the Giveaway by publishing an eligible trailer listing on towlos.com during the promotional period. Listings must be fully completed, approved, and published to count toward the total trailer milestones. If you already have a trailer listed and published on towlos as of the giveaway start date, you are automatically entered and eligible to win.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on August 16, 2025 and ends once 1500 published trailers have been reached or by March 20, 2026, whichever comes first. Towlos reserves the right to modify the end date.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be randomly selected from eligible listings using a digital selection tool after each milestone is reached. Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their towlos account. If a winner does not respond within 4 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

The winner of the grand prize of the new car hauler will be required to arrange pick up of this trailer with DL Outfitters at 13307 South US 71 Grandview, MO or coordinate with the dealership to arrange for shipment of the trailer. 

5. Prize Conditions

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Towlos reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and for providing a valid shipping address where necessary.

6. General Conditions

Towlos reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time for any reason. Any attempt to tamper with or abuse the Giveaway process may result in disqualification.

7. Limitation of Liability

Towlos is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, or unauthorized human intervention. By participating, entrants release Towlos and its affiliates from any and all liability arising from participation or use of a prize.

8. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow Towlos to use their name, likeness, and trailer listing for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
