The take rate is a percentage of each rental transaction that towlos collects. For example, in the Launch plan, if you rent out a trailer for $100, towlos will take 17% ($17), and you keep the remaining $83. Also, keep in mind that you are responsible for your payment processing fees, charged at 3.5%. This take rate helps us invest in platform improvements, user protection and security, and funds for marketing for our hosts and our guests.

For the Accelerate and Enterprise plans, you will be charged monthly or annually based on your signup date. There is no monthly charge for the Launch plan.

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your towlos Plan Management page. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. And upgrades are prorated, so you'll only pay for the additional service based on the remaining time in your billing cycle.

If your payment fails, you should immediately update your credit card payment method on file on the towlos Plan Management page. If your payment continues to fail, your account will be downgraded to the Launch plan. You will lose access to your previous plan features, including the lower towlos take rate and all the advanced features offered in the Accelerate and Enterprise plans.

You can cancel at any time. Just go to Host HQ, and select Plan Management. Your current plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are not provided for cancellations made mid-cycle. However, you will continue to have access to your plan's benefits until the end of your current billing period.
