40 foot gooseneck, flatbed trailer with mega-ramps capable of hauling vehicles

*Security Deposit

- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the rental.
- The remaining balance must be paid before taking possession of the Trailer.

*Insurance Requirements

- Rentee must carry their own insurance and add the Trailer to their policy upon rental.
- Proof of insurance, emailed to Renter by Rentee's insurance company, whereby the Trailer has been added to Rentee's policy must be provided prior to Rentee taking possession of the Trailer.
- Rentee must maintain insurance coverage for the Trailer on their personal insurance policy throughout the duration of the rental period.

*Use of Trailer

- Rentee agrees to use the Trailer in a careful and proper manner and to comply with all laws, ordinances, and regulations relating to the possession, use, and maintenance of the Trailer.
- Rentee shall not sublease or loan the Trailer to any third party without the prior written consent of the Renter.
