I use my trailer everyday for my Junk Hauling business. It’s old, but I throughly maintain it. It has a working light inside, heavy duty axle, heavy duty tires (110 PSI), and trailer brakes. This trailer has made me A LOT of money and it could do the same for you or use it to move your household items! I’m not worried about the inside getting banged up either. Use it as you wish, just be safe. Don’t overload! NO REGULAR SIZE VEHICLES. Motorcycles, ATV’s, and off-road Side by Sides are fine. My trailer has tie down points on the walls and floor.
