Michael is amazing to deal with. He was very communicative and quick with responses. He even texted me to check on things at the end of day 1 of a 2 day rental. The trailer pulled great. All of the straps provided were in great working condition. The ramps were easy to pull out and weren't heavy at all. I will definitely use Michael for all of my future trailer rentals. Thank you!!!

Excellent communication and extremely helpful. We had an issue with trailer brakes locking up randomly, isolated it to a wiring fault in the trailer. Mike was not only helping us troubleshoot the issue over the phone, but he was working on plans B *and* C in making sure we would have a trailer for our task, even offering to drive all the way down to southern IL to meet us with a replacement trailer. I cannot speak highly enough about how Mike handled the situation, and showing genuine concern for not only our job but for our wellbeing as well. The trailer appeared well kept and maintained, I cannot fault Mike's maintenance even if we did have a problem. Sometimes things just break and all you can do is manage the situation, and Mike stepped up and knocked it out of the park. I would without hesitation reach out to Mike next time I need a trailer, and I reccomend him to anyone who would listen.
