BUSINESS HOURS ARE 8AM-6PM. EARLIEST PICKUP/DROP OFF TIME IS 8AM. LATEST PICKUP/DROP OFF TIME IS 6PM

Late Return Schedule
Timely returns are critical to ensure subsequent rentals are not disrupted.
Grace Period: A 30-minute grace period is permitted past the scheduled return time.
Hourly Late Fee: Returns made 31 to 120 minutes late will be charged a flat $50.00 late fee.
Daily Late Fee: Any trailer kept more than 2 hours past the scheduled return time will automatically be billed for an additional full day's rental rate.
Note: If you need an extension, you must call BFTF at least 4 hours before your rental ends OR message us through the app. Extensions are subject to trailer availability and or discretion of BFTF Trailer Rentals LLC
