Josh answered all of my questions promptly, accurately and went above and beyond to provide a service to me at an insanely good rate. The trailer was ready in good condition, he was ready at pick up, straps were stowed neatly with great instruction on the rental contract + the use of the trailer. I came back at 1AM and he was waiting for me & generally a good spirited person. I will never rent through a souless Uhaul dealer again. Thanks Josh!
