We wanted to share a update on what has been happening behind the scenes here at towlos. A couple of weeks ago, our team had the opportunity to come together in Denver, Colorado to do some team bonding and workshopping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our founder and CEO, Matt Jones, our Chief Marketing Officer, Jeff Ambs, and our Marketing Coordinator, Maggie Rains, all met up in the mile-high city to dive deep into the inner workings of our company. The meeting focused on thoroughly addressing the core aspects of our company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Deep Dive into towlos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our time in Denver wasn’t just about soaking in the mountain views (although they were pretty spectacular). We spent hours digging into a SWAT analysis, dissecting every aspect of towlos to figure out where we stand and where we’re headed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brand Personality <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The brainstorming session was a whirlwind of ideas, debates, and a whole lot of sticky notes. We engaged in a dynamic brainstorming session to refine what exactly our company’s stood for. We began by covering a large wall with sticky notes, each featuring a different personality trait. Gradually, we removed the notes one by one, carefully considering and debating each choice, until we distilled our ideas down to five key words: Skilled, Enterprising, Helpful, Approachable, and Resourceful. These words show what we’re all about: being good at what we do, finding new ways to succeed, being there for others, easy to talk to, and able to solve problems.\u00a0With these words in mind, we’re ready to face whatever comes our way, sticking to what matters most to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tagline<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In addition to refining our values, we also created our new tagline: “Connecting More Than Trailers.” This phrase perfectly captures our mission to build strong relationships and foster a sense of community, not just facilitate transactions. It emphasizes that our work goes beyond the trailers; it’s about the connections we make with people and the positive impact we have on their lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
