Austin\u2019s started with something a lot of people can relate to: life got expensive, times got tough, and he needed a second income that didn\u2019t require living at work. That\u2019s when the trailer rental business came to mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI was working an absurd amount of overtime, trying to provide for my family,\u201d Austin shared. \u201cI had two utility trailers to begin with. Purchased a car trailer on a credit card.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That leap turned into a real trailer rental business, fast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How Austin Got Started<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Austin first heard about\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/towlos.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">towlos<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0through the Trailer Rental Facebook page. He already had a couple utility trailers, and when he decided to commit, he added a car hauler to expand what he could offer renters. Then he did the part that makes the biggest difference: he listed right away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cStarted immediately on towlos and Facebook Marketplace, and that\u2019s all she wrote.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">More Family Time, Less Overtime<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>At&nbsp;<strong>23 years old<\/strong>, Austin is balancing a full schedule \u2014 he\u2019s a&nbsp;<strong>lineman during the day<\/strong>, a husband, and a dad to&nbsp;<strong>two kids<\/strong>(a 3-year-old and a 6-month-old). His wife stays home with their kids, so stable income and time together matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Running trailer rentals has helped Austin cut back on overtime and be home more \u2014 which was the goal from the start.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Life Outside of Work<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When he\u2019s not working his day job or fixing up trailers, Austin is all about family time and the outdoors. You\u2019ll catch them doing the simple stuff that ends up being the best stuff: going to the park, hitting tractor pulls, or going out to eat together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And when he gets a little free time, Austin stays busy with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>working on tractors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>hunting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the occasional fishing trip<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Austin\u2019s Trailer Fleet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Austin\u2019s fleet is a great example of building a lineup that covers a lot of renter needs \u2014 from weekend home projects to heavier cleanup jobs to hauling vehicles.
